It all began when enthusiastic and determined Isleworth residents got together to raise funds for a community wildlife garden.
Our aim was to encourage a community atmosphere by bringing people together to create something they could all enjoy .
That would also enhance the environment.
We set to work clearing grass to create a meadow and preparing the soil to plant a hedgerow.

Children had great fun scattering seed by the square metre and 'gently' firming the soil with their feet.
Next we planted three apple trees.
In no time at all, we had a stunning wildflower meadow.

These lovely clients wanted to fill their garden with bee loving flowers. A few weed problems needed to be properly delt with first.

These delightful clients longed to grow their own organic vegetables in a garden they could also relax and entertain in.
They wanted to keep as many of their existing plants as possible so we temporarily potted them up.
A new, more secluded, dining area was needed.

This well loved garden is full of family memories but had got a bit out of hand. Some careful cutting back and persistent weeding was needed.
The garden had always been full of birds so the new planting scheme needed to be wildlife friendly - but a lot of work had to be done before we were ready for planting...
